Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is requesting approval of the final plat and construction plans for one hundred seventy-seven (177) residential lots, private roads, and tracts for future development within the LTC Ranch West PUD.
Presentation Information: N/A
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the subdivision plat with construction plans subject to the following conditions: 1) The plat shall not be recorded until a bond, in a form reviewed and approved by the City Attorney's Office, is received by the Public Works Department, 2) The color of the asphalt shingles on the building elevations shall be revised to conform to the Citywide Design Standards.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the subdivision plat.
2. Move that the Council not approve the subdivision plat and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the final subdivision plat with construction plans at their June 12, 2024, meeting.
