Executive Summary (General Business): This Planned Unit Development application proposes to amend the conceptual plan for 2.90-acres from Commercial General (CG), Commercial Highway (CH) and Residential, Office, Institutional (ROI) to Commercial Service (CS). This application is related to P19-103 - small-scale comprehensive plan amendment.

Presentation Information: Staff may make a presentation.

Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the ordinance as unanimously recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board at their October 1, 2019 meeting.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the proposed ordinance.
2. Move that the Council not adopt the proposed ordinance and provide staff direction.

Background: The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the PUD Amendment at their October 1, 2019 meeting. The PUD was originally approved by City Council on January 24, 2005 and amended in October of 2008 and November of 2013.
