Executive Summary (General Business): Common Oak Engineering, LLC, acting as the agent for South Star International, LLC, has applied for approval of a preliminary and final plat for Winterlakes Tract F-2 Replat (5.4 acre) to subdivide Tract F-2 into two lots (2.83 acres and 2.57 acres). The proposed replat subdivides the acreage to create two tracts for future commercial development and the establishment of two cross access easements.
Presentation Information: Staff may make a brief presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the final and preliminary plat as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the plat.
2. Move that the Council deny the plat.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee reviewed the request and recommended approval of the proposed preliminary and final plat at the May 11, 2022, Site Plan Review Committee meeting.
