Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the resolution as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee

1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the resolution.
2. Move that the Council not approve the resolution and provide staff direction.

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the final subdivision plat and construction plans at their October 12, 2022 meeting.
