Strategic Plan Link: The City's Goal of a Smart & Connected City.

Executive Summary (General Business): Request for approval of a Major Site Plan for a 300,400 square foot warehouse and distribution center to be constructed in two phases. Phase 1 will consist of a 163,540 square feet building to include a 157,540 square foot warehouse area and 6,000 square feet of office space with associated parking, truck loading areas, truck parking and other site improvements. Phase 2 will consist of a 136,500 square foot building with additional employee parking and truck loading spaces.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the Major Site Plan as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the request.
2. Move that the Council deny the request and provide direction.

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee unanimously recommended approval of this Major Site plan on November 26, 2024
