Executive Summary (General Business): The application is for a Subdivision Plat that is 3.28 acres in area. The project proposes 3 single-family lots.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the resolution as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.
2. Move that the Council not adopt the resolution and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the proposed subdivision plat at the Site Plan Review Committee meeting held on February 24, 2021. The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the subdivision plat during their regular meeting held on May 4, 2021.
