Executive Summary (General Business): A request for approval of Veranda Plat No. 8, a replat of Tract-2 according to the Veranda Plat No. 7. The proposed preliminary and final plat allows for the delineation of seven (7) developable tracts and two (2) right-of- way tracts within the overall +/- 68-acre parcel.  

 

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a brief presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the request as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the request.

2.                     Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.

 

Background: Veranda Plat No. 8 was recommended for approval by the Site Plan Review Committee on October 27, 2021 and by the Planning and Zoning Board on November 2, 2021.
