Background: The City of Port St. Lucie has invested a significant amount of funding into improving landscaping on City property and on roadway right-of-ways throughout the City. Periodically, this landscaping requires replacement due to vehicular damage, or other factors such as natural aging. The Public Works Department requires the services of a qualified landscaping contractor to replace trees, plant material and mulch within landscaped areas.
