Executive Summary (General Business): The City proposes to adopt a Resolution which amends prior Resolution 23-R14 revising the designated City officials authorized to withdraw funds from the depository accounts of the City.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the proposed Resolution which supersedes and replaces Resolution 23-R14.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the proposed Resolution which supersedes and replaces Resolution 23-R14.
2. Move that the Council provide staff direction.
Background: The City of Port St. Lucie has designated depositories for municipal operating funds of the City. Those funds are subject to withdrawal upon checks, notes, drafts, bills of exchange, acceptances, and undertakings of other orders of payment of money only when signed on behalf of the City by any two of the designated officers.
Issues/Analysis: The City desires to amend and update the list of designated officers authorized to execute orders of payment of funds from the designated depositories.
