Executive Summary (General Business): An application for major site plan approval for a property approximately 3.43 acres in size. The site plan reflects the construction of a 20,001 SF church and daycare on an undeveloped site.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a brief presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the site plan as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the site plan.
2. Move that the Council not approve the site plan and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee (SPRC) reviewed and recommended approval of the major site plan on November 10, 2021, and the landscape plan on May 11, 2022 (P21-249). A landscape buffer wall modification was approved by the Planning and Zoning Board at their August 2, 2022, meeting (P22-179).
