Executive Summary: Proposed amendment to Chapter 155, “Sign Code”, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Port St. Lucie. Staff has updated the sign code pertaining to content neutrality and provided clarification within the chapter. Staff is taking a proactive approach instead of reacting to any future possible issues as it concerns content-based regulations.
