3. Purpose: To purchase fleet vehicles at discounted prices.

5. Duration: The initial term is from May 17, 2023 through May 16, 2025 with a one (1) year renewal ending May 16, 2026.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Allows the City to purchase law enforcement vehicles, sedans and hatchbacks, minivans and vans, sport utility vehicles, light duty trucks, medium duty trucks, and low speed vehicles.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The cost to the City will be determined per purchase at the negotiated rates contained in this contract.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council waive the bidding, per Chapter 35.04(c), good cause shown, and approve participating in the State of Florida Contract #25100000-23-STC for the purchase of Motor Vehicles with all awarded vendors.
