Purpose: To acquire a portion of real property located on the northeast corner of SW Paar Drive and SW Darwin Boulevard, for the Southwest Paar Drive Corridor Roundabouts at Southwest Darwin Boulevard and Southwest Savona Boulevard Project.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the Resolution authorizing the acquisition of a portion of Tract B, Sawgrass Lakes Phase Five.
