Executive Summary (General Business): The proposed preliminary plat includes the public right-of- way tract and construction plans for a segment of Crosstown Parkway.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the resolution as recommended by the Site Plan review Committee.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the resolution.

2.                     Move that the Council note approve the resolution and provide direction.

 

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the preliminary plat and construction plans at their meeting of June 8, 2022
