Executive Summary (General Business): The proposed project consists of a 1-story, 25,320 square foot warehouse building with 3,200 square feet of office space.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the site plan as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the site plan.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the site plan at their meeting of January 13, 2021.

Special Consideration: There is no Conceptual Landscape Plan attached since the applicant’s original submittal came in on October 18, 2020. However, new site plan applications are being required to provide a Conceptual Landscape Plan.
