3. Purpose: To relocate and replace the extensive underground equipment for the interactive fountain to an above ground control room with new equipment.

5. Duration: An additional 136 calendar days for a new end date of 9/13/2022.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Replace equipment that has reached the end of its useful life and address safety concerns for confined space entry for two (2) maintenance personnel.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): An additional $40,630.95 for a final contract amount of $939,097.95.

Background: The City's splash pad fountain at the Mid-Florida Event Center was built in 2008 and is frequently used and maintained by City staff.
