Background: The wastewater service area known as Sections 24 and 6 include 425 lots that are predominately served by a low pressure system. This area is located off Floresta Drive between Calmoso Drive and Verada Avenue. Originally, the 4-inch and 6-inch low pressure mains (LPM) were routed to gravity collection systems because of sewer backup problems during heavy rain flooding.
