6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The Utility Systems Department ("USD") committed to making immediate improvements and necessary repairs to comply with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) rules and regulations.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): One-time expenditure of $253,500.

Background: The wastewater service area known as Sections 24 and 6 include 425 lots that are predominately served by a low pressure system. This area is located off Floresta Drive between Calmoso Drive and Verada Avenue.
