Executive Summary (General Business): Request for approval of a final plat with construction plans that is 127.17 acres in area. The project proposes a total of 539 lots and a future development tract.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the resolution as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.
2. Move that the Council not adopt the resolution and give direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the proposed final plat with construction plans at their regular meeting of February 9, 2022.
