2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie, Precision Landscape Company of Palm Beach County, Inc. and T&K Enterprises of Volusia County, Inc.
3. Purpose: Procure new Contractors related to code compliance requests for vacant real property nuisances and other tree removal services as required pursuant to City Ordinances Chapter 43, unimproved Real Property Nuisances.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: Three (3) years with the option of four (4) additional 1-year renewal periods.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The City needs to procure a new company to continue code compliance requests for nuisance overgrowth from unimproved properties.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Approximately $80,000 to $250,000 over the life of the contract (thirty-six (36) months ). Future expenditures will be approved as appropriated in the future budget years.
