Executive Summary (General Business): The purpose of this request is to allow a school within an existing shopping center. The applicant indicates that the purpose of this special exception use request is to allow a school, for school-aged children, to occupy units G101-G104, the units adjacent to the existing daycare.

Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council review the Special Exception Use request and vote to approve, approve with conditions, or deny the SEU.

Background: On August 8, 2022, the Planning and Zoning Board unanimously voted to forward a recommendation of approval. On August 22, 2022, the City Council voted to continue the project to the September 26, 2022 City Council meeting.
