This is a request to: amend the Master Sign Program to clarify setbacks and approval requirements for signs located with public right-of-way (ROW) median and to provide for increased signage for wayfinding/directional signs.

Executive Summary: The Wylder Master Sign Program provide signage regulations for all of the residential portion of the LTC Ranch Development of Regional Impact (DRI). The primary focus of the proposed amendment is to provide setbacks and approval requirements for signs in public right-of-way (ROW) medians, to increase the allowable sign area for wayfinding/directional signs and to update the map of general sign locations.
Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board recommend approval of the Master Sign program amendment as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Board amend the recommendation and recommend approval.
2. Move that the Board recommend denial.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the amendment at their December 10, 2025, meeting.
