Executive Summary (General Business): Major Site Plan Amendment for a three-story, 125,886 square foot, self-storage facility, with 900 storage bays, 17 covered RV parking spaces, and a sales office, to be constructed on the footprint allotted for Building 3.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the City Council approve the site plan application as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the City Council amend the recommendation and approve the site plan application.
2. Move that the City Council not approve the application and provide staff direction.
