Executive Summary (General Business): This site plan major amendment includes updated site plan, landscape plan and elevations for a 15,000 square foot building for Golf Galaxy on Pad D of the Gatlin Plaza PUD, with the remaining 5,000 square foot approved for this pad to be subject to a future minor amendment.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a brief presentation
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the site plan amendment as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the site plan amendment.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide direction.
Background: Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the site plan amendment at their April 14, 2021 meeting.

Location of Project: The Gatlin Plaza PUD is on the southeast quadrant of I-95 and Gatlin Boulevard. The amendment is to Pad D, which is located at the northwesternmost corner of the site.
