Background: The Community Center roof has reached the end of its useful life and requires replacement due to age and ongoing maintenance concerns. The existing roof, installed around 1998, includes a metal roof section exceeding 37,000 square feet. Funding for the roof replacement project is included in the FY26 Capital Improvement Program, with an approved budget of $500,000.
