Executive Summary (General Business): The Public Works Department is seeking City Council approval of the proposed 10-Year Mobility Funded Plan (Plan) Project Prioritization List, including funding determinations, as the revised project list incorporates the City's data-based key mobility needs identified via consultant and approved by City Council at the 2023 Summer Workshop.

Staff Recommendation: Request that the Council approve the 10-Year Mobility Funded Plan (Plan) as presented.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. That the Council move to amend the recommendation and approve the Plan.
2. That the Council move to not approve the Plan and provide staff with direction.

Background: The City of Port St. Lucie has experienced exponential growth in recent years and is positioned to continue expanding. This residential, commercial, and economic growth creates the need for high-quality infrastructure including, but not limited to; safe and accessible pedestrian and non-driver facilities; intersection improvements to accommodate increasing traffic volume; safe, widened, and well-maintained and resurfaced roadways; innovative safety features for emergency response personnel. The proposed prioritization of projects as indicated in the 10-Year Mobility Plan addresses each of these categories.
