Background: On 7/25, 2022, City Council approved Contract #20220045 for Floresta Drive Improvements Project Phase II in the amount of $29,997,174.23. Improvements to the Floresta Drive corridor is a priority of the City Council. The improvements include both a two-lane section with landscaped medians and a two-lane section with a bi-directional turn lane. Both sections include sidewalks, bike lanes, curb and gutter, landscaping, irrigation, water and sewer adjustments and pedestrian lighting.
