2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and St. Lucie County School Board
3. Purpose: To supplement the terms of the existing Interlocal Agreement between the City and the School Board for the use of school sites for summer camps.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Modified
5. Duration: The supplement is effective between June 9, 2025, to August 1, 2025.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The Supplement provides additional locations, specifically County school sites, for the City to provide summer camp program.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The St. Lucie County School Board is providing three school facilities for the City's summer camp program. The School Board will provide custodial services throughout the summer for the reimbursable costs of custodial supplies. $200 for each site for the summer, for a total cost to the City of Port St. Lucie of $600.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the Supplement to the Interlocal Agreement for Mutual Use of Facilities.
