3. Purpose: This will assist the Police Department in becoming more efficient and safer at crash sites by purchasing faster technology.

5. Duration: The initial term began on November 1, 2017 through October 31, 2022.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Allows the Police Department to purchase better equipment that will increase Officer safety and reduce human oversight and errors.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Estimated annual expenditures for FY 2021 is $108,229. Future years expenditures will be as approved in each department's budget.
