6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: To match existing materials along the corridor for a more cohesive appearance.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): One-time increase of $17,904.30. Amendment #1 has already been approved at $8,790.25 which did not require Council approval. The addition of Amendment #2 exceeds $25,000.00 and requires Council approval.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve Amendment #2 to Contract #20200077 with Zahlene Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of $17,904.30.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve Amendment #2 to Contract #2020007.
2. Move that the Council not approve Amendment #2 to Contract #2020007 and provide staff with direction.

Background: The existing 4-lane divided highway is currently under construction to create a fully "urban" roadway to include curb and gutter, multi-use paths, landscaping, irrigation roadway lighting and pedestrian lighting that will match what is being constructed by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). To maintain continuity, the City has requested that the mast arms be changed to the 12-sided mast arms. This results in a price difference of $17,904.30.
