Presentation Information: N/A
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the Traffic Enforcement Agreement submitted by the Tradition Community Association, Inc. for traffic enforcement within the Tradition Community.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the Traffic Enforcement Agreement submitted by the Tradition Community Association, Inc. within the Tradition Community.
2. Move that the Council not approve the Traffic Enforcement Agreement and provide direction.
Background: The Tradition Community Association, Inc. has submitted the Traffic Enforcement Agreement on private roads for their community due to increased traffic concerns that have been occurring on a routine basis within the Tradition Community.
Issues/Analysis: The striping and road signs are in accordance with Florida State Statute 316.006, (3),(B) and Florida Department of Transportation Standards set forth in Uniform Traffic Control Devices. The roadways between Village Parkway and north of Tradition Parkway where the agreement will take effect are:
