6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Provides for pedestrian access, includes improvements to drainage and the swale system, and further connects major roadways as intended in the Sidewalk Master Plan.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): City participation for the construction costs for this project is estimated to be $1,262,296.00.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute the Local Agency Program (LAP) Agreement
