Executive Summary (General Business): The subject ten (10) collective properties have a land-use classification of ROI (Residential, Office, and Institutional) and zoning classification of RS-2 (Single-Family Residential) and P (Professional). The applicant is requesting to rezone six (6) parcels from Single-Family Residential (RS-2) and four (4) parcels from P (Professional) to LMD (Limited Mixed Use). Through this application, the applicant is requesting these changes to allow for commercial development, inclusive of retail and personal service uses.

Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the rezoning as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the rezoning.
2. Move that the Board not approve and provide staff diection.

Background: On March 1, 2022, the Planning & Zoning Board unanimously voted to forward a recommendation of approval.
