Executive Summary: A request for approval of Veranda Plat No. 8, a replat of Tract-2 according to the Veranda Plat No. 7. The proposed preliminary and final plat allows for the delineation of seven (7) developable tracts and two (2) right-o- way tracts within the overall +/- 68-acre parcel.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a brief presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board recommend approval of the request.

Background: Veranda Plat No. 8 was recommended for approval by the Site Plan Review Committee on October 27, 2021.
