3. Purpose: To provide additional support services for the integration of the software.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Modified.
5. Duration: Initial contract period began April 7, 2019 through April 6, 2024.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Allow Connection Support staff to use its CIS support /billing software to push out work orders.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Amendment #2 is for $56,712. This additional expense exceeds the threshold when added with Amendment #1 for $50,000.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council waive the bidding, per Chapter 35.04(c), good cause shown, and continue to participate in the GSA Contract #GS-35F-0425P for additional implementation support of the Azteca Cityworks software with Woolpert, Inc.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve to continue participating in the GSA Contract #GS-35F-0425P.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff with direction.

Background: On August 12, 2019, City Council approved the participation in the GSA Contract #GS-35F-0425P for the implementation, configuration, testing and training of the Azteca Cityworks software with Woolpert, Inc. to provide the onsite call center, field crews and administration personnel for a 24/7 paperless work order system.
