3. Purpose: To provide trenchless rehabilitation and maintenance of pipeline infrastructures.

5. Duration: Upon execution and continues through February 12, 2027 with two (2) additional one (1)-year renewal options.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: To extend the life of the aging pipes by 50 years or more.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Estimated annual expenditure is $1,000,000. Future expenditures will be appropriated in each budget year.
