Executive Summary (General Business): The St. Lucie County Humane Society is preparing to host a golf tournament on October 1, 2022 at The Saints Golf Course. This opportunity will allow staff the opportunity for a "trial run" of Management-Directed Policy #22-01md, "City Council Authorized Golf Tournament." This exercise would enable staff to experience the first use of the current policy and determine where revisions, if any, would improve the user experience and assist staff in determining modification(s) that would provide a quality and efficiently managed event to benefit those eligible not-for-profit organizations in the future.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve this tournament request.
