2. Move that the Council not award Contract # 20220108 and provide staff with direction.

Background: This project is to replace the existing shed and pole barn at Sportsman's Park West. This was actually approved in the FY 2019-2020 Capital Improvement Plan. Due to prohibitive construction costs at the time, the project was deferred to 2020-2021, then to 2021-2022, as project funding needed to be allocated to a higher priority project.

An E Bid was issued on September 22, 2022, to 1,382 potential suppliers. There were 33 plan holders with three proposals submitted on October 31, 2022.
