Executive Summary (General Business): This application for a preliminary plat with construction plans is 87.24 acres in area. The application proposes a total of 268 residential lots: 140 single-family lots, 128 duplex lots, and 4 lakes along with roads and utility infrastructure.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the preliminary plat as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board on March 2, 2021.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the preliminary plat.
2. Move that the Council not approve the preliminary plat and provide staff direction.
