3. Purpose: To amend the scope of work for the Design & Permitting Services for a New Regional Park Facility on Torino Parkway to include the design of a roundabout as the primary entrance to the park.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Modified.
5. Duration: No additional time is needed.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: A roundabout entry was chosen because it provides additional traffic calming, better supports future growth, and eliminates the need for road widening and turn lanes.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): An additional $225,000.00 for a new Contract amount of $2,314,520.00.

Background: Kimley-Horn is currently under contract with the City and is actively working on the Torino Park design. The scope of work is being expanded to include the design of a roundabout and an EMS access route.
