Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is requesting final plat approval of 70 single family lots upon the +/- 76-acre property located within the Veranda PUD.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a brief presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the request as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the request.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee unanimously recommended approval of this final subdivision plat with construction plans on February 9, 2022.
