Executive Summary (General Business): This preliminary and final plat application will create a future school site (52.693 acres), future City park site (111.848 acres), and two (2) tracts totaling 1,059.816 acres for future development.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the preliminary and final plat as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the preliminary and final plat.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the preliminary and final plat at their December 14, 2022 meeting.
