Executive Summary: This proposed amendment to Section 158.038 of the Subdivision Regulations is a staff-initiated text amendment. The purpose and intent of this amendment are to provide an accelerated and streamlined approval process for major preliminary plats that are not located within an MPUD within the NCD future land use designation.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board recommend approval of the text amendment.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Board amend the recommendation and recommend approval of the amended text amendment.
2. Move that the Board recommend denial of the text amendment.
