Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is requesting approval of 464 residential lots upon the +/- 197-acre property. The proposal includes 282 age-restricted single family detached lots, 182 duplex lots, water management and preservation tracts, private right-of-way, and other associated infrastructure improvements.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a brief presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the request as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the request.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
Background: The preliminary plat and construction plans were recommended for approval by Site Plan Review Committee on January 12, 2022, and the Planning and Zoning Board on March 1, 2022.
