Executive Summary (General Business): The Developer is providing the City with a drainage easement to provide flowage for Crosstown Parkway ("Drainage Easement").

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve execution of the Drainage Easement.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve execution of the Drainage Easement.
2. Move that the Council not approve execution of the Drainage Easement.
Background: With the construction of Crosstown Parkway west of Village Parkway, by The Kolter Group, LLC, the Developer had to provide multiple locations for drainage conveyance for the stormwater runoff from the roadway to get to the water management tracts internal to the development to the north. The Developer is providing the City with a drainage easement to provide flowage for Crosstown Parkway into the Water Management Tract 3 ("WMT-3") located just north of the Legacy High School property. The easement is located along the outside of the western boundary of the Legacy High School property, connecting the Crosstown Parkway Right of way to WMT-3.
