3. Purpose: Enter into an agreement that establishes when traffic signals will be installed along the Village Parkway and Becker Road corridors within the Southern Grove Development area.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New
5. Duration: Perpetual until final requirements of FDOT specifications are met.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Establishing when needed traffic signals will be installed along the Village Parkway and Becker Road corridors within the Southern Grove Development area.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): None, as all costs are borne by Mattamy and the GFC.

Background: During the June 13, 2022 City Council meeting, with Resolution 22-R70, Mattamy requested relief from a previous Council Condition of Approval for the Telaro Development. City Council granted the requested relief and imposed the following Council Condition of Approval: (1) Mattamy Homes Palm Beach, LLC shall draft and enter into and agreement that identifies (i) when traffic signals are needed for any connections to the Village Parkway and Becker Road corridors within the Southern Grove DRI boundaries and (ii) the mutually agreed upon proportionate financial obligation for relevant parties' for each tra...
