Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The construction of a sanitary sewer lift station on 2500 Gray Twig Lane allows the City to provide utility services for the future development of the southeast parcel at Midway Road and St. James. Additionally, the City's acquisition of this property would further the goal to preserve water quality on the river by connecting new construction and aging septic to City sewer.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): SLC BOCC approved the conveyance of the parcel for the assessed value, or $44,947.00.
