Background: The original contract was bid in May 2018 and City Council approved the Contract on July 23, 2018. Since that time, the vendor has supplied Anti-Scalant A-102 Plus; however, due to recent market conditions with shortages in supplies, the vendor has requested a price increase. Calendar year 2021 had a major impact on different manufacturing industries.
