5. Duration: The Contract Period is for 500 calendar days.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The PSL Boulevard North project will provide additional intersection capacity, accessible multi-use pathways, pedestrian lighting, underground drainage.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The total amount to be paid by the City to the Consultant is on a time and materials basis per the fee schedule in the amount of $959,795.

Background: The limits of the project are approximately from SW Darwin Blvd. to SW Cairo Avenue. The existing 4-lane divided roadway utilizes an open swale drainage system. The proposed roadway section will be fully "urban" with curb and gutter, multi-use paths, landscaping, irrigation, and roadway and pedestrian lighting.
