Background: On August 7, 1995, Laura A. Meier executed a Restrictive Covenant relative to Lots 11, 12, 13 and 18, Block 464, Port St. Lucie Section Twenty-Six. The Restrictive Covenant encumbers Lots 11, 12, 13 and 18, so that they would be assessed as a single residential unit.
Issues/Analysis: Ms. Laura A. Meier wishes to convey, devise or develop Lots 11, 13 and 18 independently of Lot 12. The total amount of assessments owed to the City have been paid in full. Financial Information: The sum of $200.00 was owed to the City of Port St. Lucie for special assessment principal and all applicable administrative fees. Payment in full was made on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, and was processed and approved by the City's Finance Department.
