Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the resolution.
2. Move that the Council not approve the acquisition and provide staff direction.

Background: The Crosstown Parkway extension will be constructed by Kolter Development to provide access to Verano POD G and POD H. The proposed road Right-of-Way intersects with an existing FPL Transmission easement, requiring the City to execute a Right-of-Way Consent Agreement with FPL.
